Why do some items have no image and/or description?  

We are in the process of updating item images and descriptions. If you would like a description &/or image of a product you are interested in purchasing please put in a request on the contact us page and we will email you the information. Please request this information before ordering, so you know exactly what you are getting (this will save you the trouble of having to return an item when it ends up not being what you expected).

When will my order ship?  

All orders are drop shipped from the manufacturer which can take up to two business days for processing unless otherwise noted in the item description.  Exceptions might occur during rush holiday periods or if there is a problem getting a correct authorization with the credit card used to place the order.  You will be notified of any problems.

How will my order be shipped and how long will it take?  

We ship USPS or UPS Ground Freight (usually arrives to you within 5 days after the manufacturer ships) This is the only option offered at this time.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only ship within the continental United States. We do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska at this time.

What’s the quickest way to find what I’m looking for?  

Use the search field at the top of each page and enter key words like “batman costume” or “Minnie Mouse” and click the “SEARCH” button. 2. Visit our Product Finder. There, you can enter key words as well as the type of party or product you are looking for, to help narrow down your search.

Which forms of payment do you accept?

For all online orders we accept major credit cards: PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
