Returns and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is very important to us!

We accept returns and exchanges on most products that are unopened, unused, and in good condition within 30 days of purchase.  Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer when returning merchandise.  We do not accept returns on worn merchandise or items that are seasonal, on sale, specially marked, or otherwise identified as non-refundable.  Defective, damaged or mis-shipped items may be returned for an exchange or for a full refund of the purchase price.  Please contact us to make arrangements at (702)255-0004

The following items are non-refundable under any circumstances: Masks, Wigs, Hats, Lingerie, Undergarments, Hoisery, Jewelry, Make-up, and Candy.  Costumes are also non-refundable.  To help with the fit of costumes, please use our Costume Sizing Guide (Please Note: every manufacturer is slightly different so the sizes on the chart are averages).

Tableware (plates, cups, cutlery, napkins and all catering items) may only be returned if they are still in their original packaging - must not have been opened.

A refund will be issued to the same credit card account charged at time of purchase.  If you do not have your original receipt, only a store credit will be issued.  Shipping charges are non-refundable on general returns and exchanges.
